Click 'Favorites' on your Internet Explorer toolbar.
Click the 'Create In' button in the 'Add to Favorites' dialog box. Click 'New Folder', type a name for the folder, and then click OK. Type a name for the Web site. To quickly open a favorite page, click the 'Favorites' button on the toolbar, and then click the site you want to open.
